Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Window

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable / Limited

  • Customized/personalized planters or drilled items
  • Items with signs of planting/soil use or water damage
  • Final-sale items where marked

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@nordavo.shop with your order number, reason, and photos if relevant.
  2. We will provide an RMA and return instructions.
  3. Ship back within 7 days after approval using the provided label or a trackable service.

4. Repacking for Fragile Goods

Use the original inner trays, corner protectors, and void fill. Items arriving damaged due to inadequate repacking may be subject to a deduction.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

6. Exchanges

Fastest way: place a new order and return the original for a refund.

7. Damaged/Defective on Arrival

Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference and availability.
