• Contiguous US: ~3–7 business days after dispatch
• AK/HI & Remote Areas: ~5–12 business days
• International: timelines vary by destination and customs

2. Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs show at checkout based on weight, volume, destination, and service level. Promotional free shipping applies where advertised.

3. Fragile Packaging

Planters are packed with protective materials (foam, corner guards, double boxing where needed). Please retain all packaging until you confirm the item is undamaged.

4. Tracking

A shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed upon dispatch. Tracking visibility varies by carrier/country.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur import VAT/duties/clearance fees unless stated otherwise at checkout. You are the importer of record and must comply with local laws.

6. Address Accuracy & Access

Ensure the delivery address is complete and accessible for larger cartons/pallets. Re-delivery or address correction fees may apply if the carrier cannot complete delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, contact the carrier and us within 7 days. For visible damage on delivery, note it with the driver and photograph the box before opening.

8. Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate boxes to reduce breakage risk.
