These Terms govern access to our website and the purchase of planters, pots, and accessories by end consumers. By placing an order you accept these Terms.
2. Product Info & Pricing
We aim for accuracy in descriptions, dimensions, drainage details, and images. Minor color/texture variations may occur due to natural materials and glazing. We may correct errors prior to order acceptance.
3. Order & Contract
- You submit an order at checkout.
- We email an acknowledgement (not acceptance).
- The contract forms when we send a shipping confirmation or dispatch the goods.
4. Payments
We accept major cards and selected wallets. You authorize us to charge the total including taxes, shipping, and, if applicable, import duties.
5. Shipping, Risk & Title
Shipping terms appear in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk pass upon delivery. For international deliveries, you may be the importer of record.
6. Returns
Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Fragile goods (ceramic/stone/glass fiber planters) must be repacked with the original protective materials.
7. Warranty & Conformity
If an item is defective or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos. Remedies may include replacement, repair, or refund as required by law.
8. Use & Care
Always follow care instructions (indoor/outdoor rating, frost resistance, drainage, saucer use). We are not liable for misuse, improper drilling, or plant-related issues.
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability where unlawful to do so.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without prejudice to mandatory protections in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
